When you browse our website, these Termswill govern and apply. It is important and recommended that you take the time to read these Terms carefully.

This website is an informative website regarding NoorCam’s devices (and supplementary products) for sale (“Device(s)”). 

Note that in addition to these Terms, the use of the Devices will be governed by their applicable user guide and Terms and Conditions relevant to your Device.

The last revision date will be reflected in the “Last Updated” heading. Your continued use of the website following such amendments constitutes your acknowledgement and consent of such amendments to the Terms. In the event of any material change, we will make a reasonable effort to provide written notification within the website or by other means of communication.

Eligibility

In order to use our website, including to purchase the Device, you must be at least 16 years old (or above the age defined as “minor” or “child” in your jurisdiction), and of legal competence to enter into these Terms. You further warrant that you are eligible to enter into these Terms and that you are not prohibited by any competent authority, judicial order or law from entering into any agreement; you have all proper authorizations, including if you are acting on behalf of a corporation, to enter into these Terms.  

Promotions

NoorCam may offer you periodically special offers and discounts on our Devices including by using promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) that you can use to get a discount or other benefits. Remember, it is up to you to enter the Promo Code at the checkout! If you do not use the Promo Code at checkout, you will unfortunately not be able to claim any discount at a later stage. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time it is issued to you. If we believe, at our sole discretion, that there is or there has been a misuse of a Promo Code in any way, we can cancel your Promo Code. You can only use one Promo Code per order. Special offers, Promo Codes or discounts offered by NoorCam are subject solely to its discretion, limited to a specified period of time, and are subject to the number of Devices. 

Intellectual Property

The website (including any content therein), and the Devices’ descriptions, user guide, pictures, videos, symbols, icons  and all the content available therein (“Content”), are owned solely and exclusively by NoorCam or its licensors. No right, title or interest shall be licensed to you (unless explicitly stated in this Terms), and we reserve any and all rights, title and ownership of the Content. 

Restrictions of Use

You agree to use the website as set forth in these Terms and according to all applicable laws and regulations. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOORCAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, COLLECTIVELY: “NOORCAM AFFILIATES”), AS WELL AS ITS DISTRIBUTORS, THIRD PARTY LICENSORS, OR EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, OR MALFUNCTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE EVEN IF NOORCAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NoorCam and its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of the website that does not comply with these Terms or Privacy Policy, including negligence and wrongful act; (ii) your abuse or infringement of third party rights through the website; and (iii) your breach of any applicable law and regulation. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and the termination of your use of the website.

 Termination
